As required for admittance into the Marathon Refinery. DISA Urine Drug Screen Collected in accordance to 49 CFR Part 40. Collected/shipped daily. DISA Breath Alcohol Testing  Performed in accordance to 49 CFR Part 40. Results logged into DISA website. DISA Hair Testing  Hair specimen collected per Psychemedics collection guidelines. Collected/shipped daily. Fitness For Duty Testing includes:  Climbing, Upper Body Endurance, Grip Strength and Lifting. Additional Services Instant Drug Screen  Self contained drug screening kit. Negative results in 5 minutes. Inconclusive tests sent to lab for confirmation testing.  Results reviewed by MRO. Verified results sent to company.
